Cardna is a UK-based vehicle information service providing publicly available vehicle data sourced from the DVLA and DVSA for informational purposes. Operated as a sole trader. Contact: hello@cardna.co.uk

2. What information we collect

• Number plate queries — transmitted to DVLA and DVSA APIs to retrieve vehicle information. We do not permanently store the number plates you search.
• Usage data — standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit, collected automatically for performance and security monitoring.
• Analytics data — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymous usage data.
• Cookies — we use cookies to serve advertisements via Google AdSense and to collect analytics data via Google Analytics.

• To provide the vehicle lookup service

We do not retain number plate searches beyond the immediate transaction. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days then deleted.
